I have never felt less stress and more renewed than when I decided to work on my own business. This doesn't mean I don't have periods of doubt, but even when I have to work a survival job I appreciate that I'm working to determine my own worth and future. We've encouraged our grown children to work on developing businesses on the side as well. Making a complete commitment to an employer as your only strategy will inevitably leave you at the mercy of always thinking and being an employee.
